JCI Bangladesh organized Qurbani for underprivileged people in Jashore

times24.net: Junior Chamber International (JCI) Bangladesh for the frist time organized Qurbani for underprivileged people of the society this time on Eid-ul-Azha through the “Eid Anando-2023” initiative.2 cows are sacrificed in this event.

Under the initiative and supervision of JCI Jashore and JCI Dhaka Young, this event was completed on the third day of Eid at Jashore Cantonment. About 400 kg of meat obtained are distributed among local madrasahs, orphanages, old age homes, 3rd gender people and underprivileged people.

On behalf of the organizers, JCI Jashore Founding Local President Barrister Sk Motiur Rahman said, “Our aim is to share the joy of Qurbani Eid with everyone.”
Rabeya Nasir Ovi, Local President of JCI Dhaka Young, hoped to continue such various social activities in the future for the underprivileged of the society.
They also thanked the JCI Bangladesh National Board and other local organizations for their support in “Eid Anando 2023”.

Junior Chamber International (JCI) is a voluntary social development organization for youth aged 18-40. Currently more than 40 of their local organizations are working in Bangladesh.
